  2. The driving force of the organization  began with the restoration of this historic wooden vessel and the vision to teach sailing and access to the lower Cape Cod marine environment.  The boat had fallen into extreme disrepair and needed significant renovation.  Through fundraising the initial  restoration of Triumph was completed.  However, in 2024 we found both of Triumph's masts were dry rotted and we have embarked on a second restoration project with Shaw and Tenney the oldest wooden mast builders in America.  This project comes at considerable expense.  We askk all those who love Triumph to please consider a tax deductible contribution to the project.  100% of all donation go to the vessels maintanence. We hope our membership will have access to Pleasant Bay in the summer of 2025.  Annual on-going maintenance is needed to keep the historic vessel in operational condition.
